If you're experiencing a problem with one of our software products, please fill out and submit the following bug report form. You may also want to check out our list of known problems.


Bug Report Form

When you submit your bug report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer. Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  1. What software product are you using?


  2. What operating system are you using?
    Other:

  3. How many megabytes of RAM (memory) does your computer have?

    (example: "8 MB, 16 MB, etc.")

  4. Who is the manufacturer of your computer?

    (example: "Gateway 2000, Micron, Dell, Hewlitt Packard, Unknown, etc.")

  5. What brand/type of graphics card does your computer have?

    (example: "Matrox Millenium, Diamond Stealth, Unknown, etc.")

  6. Please enter a brief one-line description of the problem:

    (example: "Software won't install.")

  7. If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to reproduce the problem.
    Put each step on a different line.

    (example: "1. Launch the installation program, 2. Click the "install" button ...")

    If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:

    (Note: it is much harder for us to fix non-reproducible bugs)

  8. If the problem causes any error messages to appear, please write down the exact text displayed in the error message and enter it here:
